PARENT/GUARDIAN INVOLVEMENT
Parents and guardians are an important partner in our school and the educational success of our students. All parents andguardians are welcome to visit the school at any time (please register first at the main Creston office). We urge you to contact any of our staff or teachers directly regarding specific concerns, questions, or words of encouragement.
Parent/Guardian Meetings
Once each marking period, all parents/guardians will be invited to the school in order to get to know each other, receive information about the school or getting students ready for college, or to hear a special guest speaker. Meetings are in the evening and are announced on the website and newsletter.
Newsletter
Every other month the GRAPCEP School publishes and mails a newsletter to all parents and guardians. The newsletter contains information about current events at the school, announcements of upcoming events, or other information felt to be useful for parents and guardians.
E-Mail Group
If you would like to receive notices of changes in events, updates, or information about opportunities for you or your child that come up unexpectedly and might not make the newsletter you can be placed on our parent/guardian mail group by supplying your e-mail address on the parent/guardian response form at the end of this Packet.

GRAPCEP Facebook Group for Families of Students (www.facebook.com/groups/GRAPCEPFamilies/)
Parents, guardians, and other adult family members of GRAPCEP students are welcomed to join the GRAPCEP Families Group on Facebook. This group is used for an informational nature, and because it is not open to the public, requires that family members ask to join. Private groups are also available for students on Facebook. Current and former GRAPCEP students will be directed to the appropriate group, based on their year of graduation.
Parent/Guardian Survey
At the end of each school year, all parents/guardians will receive a survey regarding how well you feel the school is providing a positive experience for your student and maintaining communication with you as the parent or guardian. The results of this survey are compiled early each summer and are used when considering what changes at the school can be made to make if better for everyone.
